LINEBERRY.ORG >> Several months ago there was a string of breakins in the Lineberry area.  The burglers in that string have since been apprehended, but the Lineberry alliance is reporting a new round of break-ins.  The break-ins reported on the lineberry mailing list have been in the Trailwood Knoll subdivision (2 last week) and Pleasant Ridge (3 in the last month).  At the SWCAC picnic Officer Upchurch mentioned break-ins on Joanne, Henslow and Hoot Owl Court.  In these break-ins the burglers got in via unlocked doors, windows and forced entry in one case. 

If anyone sees anything suspicious please call 911.  Please make sure that your properties are secure, including ground floor windows and doors. 

Now that we are getting into the heat of the summer and everyone is struggling to keep their lawn alive its probably worth reminding everyone about the City of Raleigh's water conservation measures. 

The bottom line is even numbered addresses can water (using hose end sprinkler) from 6-10 am/pm Wednesday, Friday, Sunday.  Odd numbered houses can water  (using hose end sprinkler) from 6-10 am/pm Tuesday, Thursday and Saturday.  Anyone watering with automatic sprinklers can water between 12am and 10am on their respective days.
