After three years, the time has come to replace our parking passes. New passes will be issued to all residents on an exchange basis. Dates for the exchanges will be Thursday, June 17th and Tuesday, June 22nd from 6p-8p. On the 17th, we will be located at the Corner of Leadenhall and Isabella. On the 22nd, we will be at the Corner of Paul’s Penny Lane and Long & Winding Road. Bring all of your old passes and exchange them for the new ones (I.D. will be required). If you cannot attend one of these dates, you may pick up your passes at the Elite office or designate a representative who will be responsible for obtaining your passes. To designate a representative, a signed authorization request form must be submitted to Katie Dominello at Elite Management prior to June 14th. The forms can be found below or on the Elite Management websites. Passes that are not picked up at the exchanges will be sent certified mail at the Homeowner’s expense. Once all new passes are distributed, the old passes will be void. Use of the old passes will result in your vehicle being towed. To encourage all of our residents to attend the Pass Exchanges, we will be serving light refreshments. Come and join us for a Treat and get your new passes.
