The Board of Directors of Trailwood Springs has traditionally consisted of homeowners who have accepted responsibility for the governing and policy making responsibilities required under the Trailwood Springs By Laws. The board consists of five (5) community volunteers including a President, Vice President, Secretary, Treasurer and Member at Large. Members of the board are elected to three (3) year terms at the annual meeting in November. The board meets bi-monthly at Elite Managements Professionals in Raleigh.
